Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the T2 Football platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account holders are responsible for all player profiles and sign-ups created under their account, including those for minors registered by a parent or guardian.

3. Sign-Up & Payment

• Your sign-up is confirmed only after successful payment via Stripe
• Prices are displayed per program run and are subject to change for future sessions
• A confirmed sign-up reserves a spot in the program for the registered player

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by T2 Football administration. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Contact us to discuss a refund before the program begins.

5. Attendance & Make-ups

Missed classes may generate make-up credits depending on program policy. Make-up sessions must be booked through your account and are subject to availability and admin approval. Credits expire at the end of the program run.

6. Waivers & Liability

Participation in T2 Football programs requires a signed liability waiver for each player. The waiver is reviewed and electronically signed in your account before you can complete sign-up — no PDF upload, printing, or scanning required. By signing up your player, you acknowledge that football training involves physical activity and inherent risk. Your e-signature is legally binding under the federal ESIGN Act and your state’s UETA law. T2 Football carries appropriate insurance and follows safety best practices.

7. Code of Conduct

Players and account holders are expected to maintain respectful, sportsmanlike conduct at all sessions. T2 Football reserves the right to remove participants who violate this standard, with refund decisions made at the discretion of administration.

8. Modifications

T2 Football reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
