1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional display name. When you add a player, we collect the player's name and date of birth. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your account, enrollments, and attendance
• To process payments and issue refunds through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, make-up approvals, receipts)
• To communicate important program updates

3. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored in a Supabase database with row-level security policies — you can only access your own data. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with encrypted passwords. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.

5. Children's Information

Player profiles (name, date of birth) are created and managed by the account holder — typically a parent or guardian for children, or the adult themselves for self-registration. We do not collect information directly from children. Waiver documents uploaded to your account are stored securely and accessible only to you and program administrators.

6. Your Rights

You may update or delete your player profiles at any time from your account. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders.
